SOME HISTORYExcellence Consulting Group was founded in 1999, by a small group of young professionals from the furniture business who decide to use the experience gained to create a representation agency with a clear objective:offer customers an EXCELLENT SERVICE. Factories represented have been always Spanish and the working areas are: Russia and Baltic Countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), but quickly added: Ukraine and Kazakhstan and, a little latter, Belarus, Armenia, Romania, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Moldova, Kyrguyzstan, Tajikistan y Turkmenistan. From the first moment, the mentality of Excellence Group has been based on customer integral service. For this reasson, new lines of business have been appearing based on the needs identified through the years. Thus, in 2000, the Purchasing Department is taking its first steps, while beginning groupage service to Russia, through Saint Petersburg, where it was located the Excellence office. During 2003 Excellence Net Resources is born, motivated by the conviction of the need to adapt the furniture sector to the new technologies, allowing us to maintain our offices, sales network and customers constantly informed in real time eliminating the sense of distance from our markets. In 2004 the Russian office is moved to Moscow, oppening both the groupage service to this city that, during 2008, has sent nearly 4.000 m3 of goods to Russia, helping more than 80 customers around the country. Currently, this service has also been extended to Kiev, where cargo is carried for customers around Ukraine. Contract Department, created in early 2007 comes to developing further the services offered, as well as the creation, in 2008, of Excellence Experience which addresses the promotion of our brand and the companies we represent, and the communications of news to our customers.
